The problems happened last week. Tried many solutions I can find on the Internet and on the forum. None of them solved the problems. I reinstalled Windows 10 (did not keep apps and data). It worked for a couple of days. Now the problems have come back.
System: Surface Pro 3
OS: Windows 10
Problem: Windows App cannot start
The apps seems working in another local account.
I tried to wsreset. Got an error "remote procedure call failed".
Windows App Troubleshooting did not identify any problems.
