In order to publish or execute a data movement task from within Data Manager, the Data Movement Service and Dispatcher Service must be enabled in IBM Cognos Configuration.
To run or schedule the published task in IBM Cognos Connection, the Monitor Service and Event Management Service must also be enabled.
Additional services such as the Job Service or Delivery Service may also be required if the data movement task is run within a job or if emails are being sent.
