After spending a collective 23 years in the industry as record-breaking top performers, they chose to walk away from it all, step outside their comfort zones, and build a transformational organization our employees, clients, consultants, candidates, and all of their families truly love and trust.
WHEN you join us
We are inspired by potential and focused on developing a transformational leadership team that will help influence the industry we support and our internal organizational direction 3, 5 and 10 years from now as we continue to scale and expand into multiple markets.
You will quickly understand how committed we are to achieving our vision to raise the bar and redefine the IT solution. We need you to be hard wired to take initiative, always curious, coachable, not afraid to challenge the status quo, have a seat at the table and willing to offer your opinion. We always look for opportunities to help others, and value progress over perfection. Our policy for unlimited vacation, dress code, and most things is summed up in three words: use good judgement. And we don’t think “culture” is defined by beers in the fridge, putting greens, and hoverboards…but we have those too.
