丁宁,博士,研究员,毕业于香港中文大学机械与自动化工程学系,研究方向为特种机器人与计算机视觉。现任深圳市人工智能与机器人研究院(AIRS)常务副院长兼特种机器人中心主任、香港中文大学(深圳)机器人与智能制造研究院副院长。同时担任TC591/SC1全国机器人标准委员会特种设备用机器人分技术委员会委员,SAC/SWG13全国特种作业机器人国家标准工作组委员,NEA/TC35能源行业电力机器人标准化技术委员会委员,广东省教育厅粤港澳高校城市运维特种机器人联合实验室主任,广东省人工智能与机器人学会理事。
主持或参与科技部国家重点研发计划项目课题、国自然基金重点项目、广东省基金粤桂联合重点项目、深圳市基础研究重点与可持续发展专项,以及863、973等科技项目。带领团队研制了桥梁缆索检测、桥底轨道式检测、电力输电线路检测、安防巡检、水库巡检等多款特种机器人装备,已逐步开展应用。发表了国际期刊与会议论文50余篇,获得授权发明专利50余项及国际专利2项,参与编制并发布特种机器人领域国家标准5项,获得IROS2021最佳应用论文奖,IROS2021最佳机构与设计论文奖提名。
