Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness. Learn more how customers reviews work on Amazon Was happy enough the first few months but then it started to come loose on the faucet every so often from water pressure. Cut to this morning, 8 months later, and half of the little handle/switch broke off when turning the dial. Now it appears it will soon completely break off. Not a big fan of this model with such a small dial for switching back and forth between filtered water and regular flow. It makes it hard to switch between the two if you have your hands full or dirty. Images in this review What I thought it meant was that it came with the faucet piece and one filter, plus a single replacement filter; turns out it's just the faucet piece and a single filter; replacements sold separately.

Otherwise, I got this to hopefully help alleviate the cost of bottled water because around where I live, the tap water is really bad and we kinda have to use bottled water for nearly everything. If we had higher income or it was cheaper, bathing with it would be a legit option on the table. For instance, the filter says it's good for up to 100 gallons... With our water, I wouldn't be surprised if that value is cut by 75%.

As for the product itself, it seems to work well, the tap water does taste a little better, but it also tastes a bit like soap... Might just have to run it a bit more. Only really planned on using it for cooking purposes. For the price, I did expect a replacement along with a filter to go with the faucet, but it's still a fair trade, specially if you have much cleaner/softer water flowing through it.

Hot water shouldn’t go through the filter side also because it uses the refill filters much faster😔 I like these much better than other brands because they are smaller and look nicer.
