4.0 out of 5 stars So I'd bought one a few years ago. Recently it started leaking where it connects to the faucet. Removing it, cleaning, new gasket didn't help.

Made the terrible mistake of buying a "used, like new" from Amazon warehouse. It was listed as having a damaged box only. Not only was it very used with the filter indicator showing the filter was half used. Parts from someone else's sink was in the box, and water came out with i pulled it out of the box. Not impressed there, but since the part that attaches to the sink works. I'll just get a new filter.

Cut to this morning, 8 months later, and half of the little handle/switch broke off when turning the dial. Now it appears it will soon completely break off. Not a big fan of this model with such a small dial for switching back and forth between filtered water and regular flow. It makes it hard to switch between the two if you have your hands full or dirty.

It makes it hard to switch between the two if you have your hands full or dirty. Images in this review The last couple Iv’e bought have been leaking through the filtered side when tap side is on.
Hot water shouldn’t go through the filter side also because it uses the refill filters much faster😔 I like these much better than other brands because they are smaller and look nicer.

4.0 out of 5 stars I live in an apartment building and I thought this was not going to work on my sink. I did have to use one of the adapters and surprisingly it worked! Only problem is I bought one that was used or just decreased in price because the box was damaged and my filter is already half red, can customer service reach out to me? That's why the 4 stars

Other than that I love it, I won't have to keep refiling our water pitchers with the filers every day, between my fiance and 14 year old no one never wants to fill it up and is always putting it back with a drink left 😑
