个人简介:
主要研究方向为RNA调控生物信息学。先后开发了TAM2.0、PACES、m6Acorr、LE-MDCAP、GE-Impute等多个生物信息学方法工具,累计使用超过20万次。建立TransmiR v2.0与HMDD v3.0数据库,在数据库分享与评价网站Database Commons所收录的全球5861个生物学数据库中,两个数据库影响力得分分别位列前10%和前5%。进一步应用生物信息学方法技术,探究miRNA性别偏好表达、二甲双胍对健康个体的潜在作用与风险、癌症胚系基因组模式特征及心脏疾病的免疫细胞浸润特征等生物医学问题。近五年以第一或通讯作者身份(含共同)在Nucleic Acids Research,Genome Biology, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics,Science Advances等国内外领域主流期刊发表SCI论文35篇。据Web of Science,近五年累计SCI引用超过2100次(他引超2000次),ESI高被引论文累计3篇,获国自然优青项目(2023年-2025年)资助。
