王锦程,工学博士,现任西北工业大学材料学院教授,博士生导师,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划” 获得者。
1991年毕业于西北工业大学材料系,2001年在西北工业大学获铸造工学博士学位,2002-2004年在日本物质材料研究机构进行博士后研究工作,之后曾4次前往日本物质材料研究机构及日本宇宙航空研究开发机构进行合作研究。
目前主要从事现代凝固技术和理论及新材料的教学和科研工作,在凝固理论、微观组织数值模拟、合金设计、高性能金属材料等研究领域取得一系列研究成果。先后承担国家自然科学基金项目、973计划项目、国防预研、航空基金等国家及省部级科研项目10余项。获陕西省科学技术二等奖1项,授权国家发明专利5项。
