Cause
Corruption of deployed console application.
Solution
Try deleting the old cache and restarting the server (since console is also application).
Usually it is under the folder: user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/AdminServer/tmp
Make a backup of it and delete it .
Then restart the server.
